Skull shaver Pro broke within a month sent back under warranty after 2 weeks they still have it heard nothing wont respond to my emails, PLEASE DO NOT BUY terrible company and product gone back to my cheap machine which hasnt missed a beat dont buy into their advertising substandard product. STAY CLEAR

Everything is fine until you need to contact the company. In my case (as in many others) the Pitbull gold pro broke within the 12 month warranty period. You can email them as much as you like but you won't ever hear from them!. There's no UK contact number either. There are plenty of other similar products out there. Avoid skull shaver at all costs!!

Awful product womens one will cut your armpits to shreds and leave you in pain for days.

Horrendous customer service and website. I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription for months as the second shaver I have purchased with this company has failed. No response… website does not work unless you want to order a new product. Do sign up to a subscription service with this company as they retain your business by not being able to amend or cancel.

J’ai acheté de nouveau un rasoir gold pro en janvier 2025 et il ne fonctionne plus du tout malgré qu’il soit chargé à 100%. Ce n’est pas le premier rasoir que j’achète auprès de cette société comme par ailleurs mon épouse et mes fils. La panne ne peut mettre imputable et j’ai demandé au SAV d’intervenir dans le cadre de la garantie légale et contractuelle mais quelle déception concernant l’action de cette société en effet ils ont une conception très particulière de la garantie et c’est même irrespectueux envers leurs clients. Si vous voulez la garantie générale il faut envoyer à vos frais la poignée moteur dans la société basé dans les pays de l’Est avec un retour pouvant aller de 1 à 2 mois ce qui n’est pas acceptable lorsqu’on se rase tous les jours! Par contre le client peut toujours dans le cadre d’une garantie mais soit disant express payer un forfait de 40 euros pour une poignée neuve avec livraison sous 5 jours et en gardant la poignée défectueuse ce qui n’a aucun intérêt! Cette marque est à fuir de par une qualité qui s’est détérioré depuis les dernières années et de par une qualité SAV inefficace. Ils m’ont envoyé une nouvelle poignée avec une prise en charge des frais d’expédition, j’avais pris le soin de prendre une photo de la poignée défectueuse ce qui m’a permis de constater qu’un remplacement avait été fait. Malgré cela j’ai une confiance limitée dans cette marque devant la situation rencontrée.

Appalling customer service. I have been trying to cancel a subscription but the link in the website never works, I've emailed customers service several times without single reply for the last 2 weeks and their social media didn't reply either. You can spot the fake 5 star reviews about their customer service a mile off. The product itself is fine so it's baffling as to why the after sales support just screams scammers

My Skull Shaver Gold Pro has failed twice. The first time I was sent a replacement but now I’d like a refund (as clearly a product fault) but outside of their very short 30 days despite refund window. Also tried to cancel my subscription via their website but this doesn’t work and their customer service team are non responsive. Don’t waste your money

Bought a skull shaver, with subscription, months later I tried to cancel the subscription but the website of course doesn’t work for this function, very convenient. I have sent them many email requesting cancellation and advising them of the issues. They ignore me and continue to send me unwanted products and charge me, there is no way of contacting them for a reply.
