I love going to the Skin Spa in Back…
I love going to the Skin Spa in Back Bay. My aesthetician, Kim, is very knowledge about working with skin of color. The staff are very friendly as well.

Love this place
Love this place! I barely write reviews but I love the atmosphere and staff. The place is clean and follows Convid rules. The staff are professional, nice and respectful. They are not pushing for sales neither which turn me off from other spas. The estheticians are well trained, use top line creams and use safety measures! Love Chelsea, Simone & Olga I forgot the receptionist name I think Skylar she’s great and very helpful ❤️

Everything was perfect
Everything was perfect! I used one of the deals for the holidays and came in on Christmas Eve morning. From the first phone call to checking in to when I left the woman a the front desk was so kind and helpful. Marissa gave me one of the best massages I've ever had. I immediately purchased a three pack.

Great customer service, great massage!
Always happy to see Skylar’s face when I come in. She is so personable and so helpful - really knowledgeable about all the services and pricing. By far the best person I’ve worked with at the desk over the years! Li is magical. She is not only the sweetest and makes you feel comfortable, she always knows where you need the most help without you telling her! Love these ladies!
