Absolutely nothing happened after using Skinesa. I gave it 3 months to work and it didn't. My cracked skin and psoriasis plaques did not improve or change at all. Skinesa did not work for me at all. My skin is still a mess. How do I get a refund?

My son just came home from college and his skin looks great after having been on Skinesa for at least five months. He says he is much less itchy and I don't see any eczema patches! I'm not sure how often he was taking the pills while he was at school, but I think he was regular as I prepared him a daily pill pack to take. I think treating the microbiome is the only way to truly treat eczema and it is crazy that dermatologists don't realize this!

Skinesa is a rip off! 90 day money back guarantee? As requested sent pic of empty containers & my info. Not a word! Emails disappeared! Beyond that i subscribed. They sent the next order early. I canceled subscription & they still trying. Lucky i cut them off from my PayPal. There is a number they won’t pickup. Leave a message. Good luck! They not calling back! I sent all the info again in my May email. Only one transaction was resolved. I’m still getting emails for the subscription. If Skinesa was sincere & honest they would refund my money & get me off their back. I sent two emails on Saturday 5/9. Not one reply thankyou! Plus i spent$ to send back the subscription order!!!

When you contacted us on February 14 about the guarantee, we replied the same day with the verification steps and canceled your subscription to prevent future charges. We also sent return instructions for the newly shipped subscription order. When you reached out again in May, we reviewed the ticket history but were unable to locate the requested verification details/photos. By that time, a payment dispute had already been filed through your financial institution, which meant we were no longer able to issue a direct refund while the dispute was active. I am almost finished with my third month of taking Skinesa. I was hoping that this would help with skin breakouts on my legs. Unfortunately, there has been no change in my skin condition. I have given the product one star as there have been no adverse effects.

approximately 15 years ago I started having blisters and lesions pretty much everywhere on my body. I had testing and was told I was allergic to ingredients in soap, shampoo, etc. I was able to get most of it under control except my hands and occasionally on my sides and back. My hands were so bad my fingertips cracked and bled. $750.00 steriod cream only soothed it. After two weeks my hands are 95% clear. I am so happy with the results!
