My eczema on my hands was so bad, and was making my life miserable with the bubbles, weeping, then the drying, cracking, bleeding, flaking skin. This company is amazing at customer service. The product actually worked in a couple of weeks. I’m now 6 months into using it. 90 % of my long term skin issues have completely disappeared. My dermatologist could not believe it. She is recommending to her patients.

Skinesa money back guarantee is BS! I have sent 5 emails requesting a refund and I have been ignored! Don’t trust these people! They will take your money and when you get no results they will just ignore you! I just put in a BBB complaint!

We bought the Defensin topical spray to try for our 12 month old, since she was too small to take anything orally. She has had eczema since she was two months old and it is pretty extensive, showing up on most parts of her body. We faithfully applied the spray every other day for 3 months, juggling her other steroid creams and lotions around this schedule, but in the end, there wasn’t any improvement for us, unfortunately. Maybe the Skinesa would work. Who knows! But I was hopeful that this would be a win for us and we could back off of some of her topical steroid use, but that didn’t end up being the case for us.

I have been using a ointment with a steroid for my psoriasis for a number of years until I found this product. I was a bit skeptical about ordering the product because it is expensive. I tried a couple of bottles, and it did help clear my psoriasis. I'm on my 5th bottle now, and psoriasis on my legs, my tummy, my arms, my knuckles, especially my toenails that have been brittle because of the fungus, is now clearing, and the fungus and discoloration are clearing up, and not brittle when trimming them. I'm very happy with the product. Customer service has been very good, too. I'm about to order a few more bottles of the product.

First off, I really do think the product works. On that front I’d give it five stars. Their customer service however I would give one star. I signed up for a monthly subscription and got shipped to orders for two months so I now have four months surplus supply I had contacted them emailed them that there was some kind of double subscription wire two going out every time I checked my order, they apologized, but really didn’t do anything so it’s 50 bucks a month., I was getting hit for 100 bucks a month two months in a row and trying to cancel or pause. My subscription also proved very troublesome. Good product shitty customer service, you’re making money higher good people good customer service because that is the make or break it in business.
