The same delivery disaster twice — customer service is no help I have been trying to buy almost CHF 500 worth of products from this supposedly premium brand for nearly a month. The experience has been an absolute disaster. My first order, SKHC935395, never arrived. For over ten days, Swiss Post tracking showed: “Your shipment will shortly be handed over to the Swiss Post.” Customer service could not tell me where the parcel was or whether it had even been handed over. Now the exact same thing is happening with my second order, LORACSKHD029610. I received a dispatch confirmation on 21 October, yet Swiss Post still shows the same status. Creating a shipping label does not mean a parcel has actually been shipped. Customer service cannot locate this parcel either. Their solution? Tell me to wait ten days. So, for the second time, I am apparently expected to wait ten days just to end up getting a refund instead of the products I ordered. Two orders, the same problem, and no clear answers or meaningful help. For a premium brand, this level of service is completely unacceptable. I am fed up.

Horrible customer service. Ordered buy one get one free, they “upsold” me two more and charged my credit card twice without my permission. I notified them the day of the notice and ask for a refund. They failed to respond until they were sure the charge went through. For return they want me to pay return shipping to China and will charge me a 15% restock fee. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! IT’S A SCAM.

I ordered the Hyaluronic Acid Intensifier Multi-Glycan. from SkinCeuticals and had been anticipating its arrival I was very excited about trying this product to resolve skin issues I had following breast cancer treatment. I've been wanting to try this for the longest but couldn't afford it because I had to stop working due to illness from my breast cancer and complications following 43 surgeries too rare complications of the disease. Once I was able to get it, once I finally received my package the only thing that was in it was the free sample that came with my order and the makeup bag which was the welcome gift when you sign up for emails and text messages, however the Hyaluronic Acid Intensifier Multi-Glycan was missing. To my discussed I ran across several similar complaints involving the exact same item indicating they'd received the free gifts but not the paid item which coincidentally was the exact same item their Hyaluronic Acid Intensifier Multi-Glycan. I immediately had anxiety. I can't even find the words to tell you how I felt to see that the most expensive item in my order which was the one I paid for was missing. After leaving a previous review they told me they wanted to make it right. They wanted to make it right by telling me" IF"I GO AHEAD AND TRUST THEM ENOUGH TO PURCHASE ANOTHER BOTTLE OF THE HYALURONIC ACID THEY WILL SEND ME ANOTHER FREE SAMPLE, WHOOP-DEE-DOO! SO NOW I'M GOING TO BE HUSTLED INTO BUYING ANOTHER BOTTLE OF THE PRODUCTS THAT THEY FAILED TO SEND TO GET A FREE SAMPLE IN ORDER TO MAKE THEIR MISTAKE RIGHT? THIS COMPANY IS FULL OF SH;T. I WILL NEVER FORGET MY FIRST AND LAST EXPERIENCE WITH THESE PEOPLE, I AM ENTIRELY DISGUSTED, AND EVEN MORE OF, DISHEARTENED I NEVER GOT TO TRY THE PRODUCT THAT I'VE BEEN WANTING TO TRY FROM THE TIME I SAW IT BUT BECAUSE I WASN'T EXPECTED TO LIVE I COULDN'T.

Pessimo!!! Prendono soldi e non ci sono più notizie dell’ordine ne del rimborso. Ordine effettuato il 13 settembre non ancora arrivato e Dicono di aver effettuato il rimborso. Non è assolutamente vero. Da denuncia . Provvederò al più presto

Horrific customer service on this planet! They NEVER resolve any issues and the call center is outsourced primarily over sees, it's rare a US based rep will answer the phone. You have to call more than 5 times to get them to understand your email address? It's so STRESSFUL. I don't know how they stay in business, it's such a disservice to customers since you can spend over $800.00 ordering product.

Update: They reached out after I wrote a review on their website, asking me to answer a list of questions about my experience with the product and providing me a return label. It seems like they are making an effort, and it will be interesting to see how they follow up after receiving the return. My original review: Time to start addressing customers claiming they received bad batches for Physical Fusion UV Defense SPF 50. Also their product marketing is misleading, claiming the product is for all skin types including dry skin, only to say in a footnote that it contains an ingredient known to cause dryness.

Kundenservice grauenhaft.

It certainly does not bring me joy to write this, but there is trust that has been broken and this company could care less. SkinCeuticals is a scam of promotions. Their products rarely ever go on sale and never offer promotions. The promotions they do offer are a scam to get you to spend hundreds of dollars and never honor the promotions you do get offered. A prime example is that back in April 2026, I made my first purchase and they were offering a FREE complimentary vanity bag with a minimum purchase. I went the the process of redeeming the promotion and the vanity bag never arrived. I reached out to them after the order arrived and I was instructed to wait for it to arrive separately. Days, weeks, 1 month, 3 months 5 months today, still no vanity bag. I reached to them today and now they are saying “it’s passed the time they could honor sending another bag.” Like you have got to be kidding me. That’s bad business. It’s bad enough that SkinCeuticals products are already the most expensive skincare you can buy and yet they lie and scheme and just don’t care about their customers. It’s certainly disheartening and I encourage others to think twice about purchasing, especially when they don’t honor this promotions.
