Bad Batches
Update: They reached out after I wrote a review on their website, asking me to answer a list of questions about my experience with the product and providing me a return label. It seems like they are making an effort, and it will be interesting to see how they follow up after receiving the return. My original review: Time to start addressing customers claiming they received bad batches for Physical Fusion UV Defense SPF 50. Also their product marketing is misleading, claiming the product is for all skin types including dry skin, only to say in a footnote that it contains an ingredient known to cause dryness.
