Hi Beth, we're sorry if you feel that way. Trials should be cancelled before the renewal. Any charges incurred after the trial period are non-refundable based on our Terms. The self-service cancellation online is always available for your convenience. Moreover, we have sent you a reminder a week prior, allowing you the option to cancel before getting charged.
