Booked pick up LHR T4 after flight scheduled to land about 12:00. Arrived in Arrivals about 13:00 and no driver. Wanted to contact SiXT to ascertain reason for this but there are no phone numbers to contact them on any information or documentation. Much searching on Google found a UK number and after much discussion and transferring to different people finally got to talk to the driver. Apparently I had booked a 90 minute buffer which meant that then driver was not going to appear before 14:00 although this was a surprise to me. The driver was officially unable to contact me until they arrive at the Terminal and I had no way of contacting them. The driver was only 20 minutes away and agreed to come to the Terminal and picked us up and took us to our destination quickly and efficiently SiXT really need to facilitate their communication systems and at least allow their customers to contact their representatives in the appropriate country and preferably the driver to avoid unnecessary tension and uncertainty. Why the secrecy about phone numbers? It serves no purpose other than to frustrate their customers and drivers. SiXT will not be on my preferred supplier list next time
