The car and Mukta the driver were…
The car and Mukta the driver were excellent. The main issue was that we could not track the driver as the contact details on the app were completely wrong.

Good service, car arrived early, the vehicle was clean and the driver good. Expensive for a short journey.

Very satisfied with the service
Very satisfied with the service. On the way to the Airport the car was super, on the way back…. I would have appreciated a more sophisticated car (leather seats etc…). So was not as pleasant as the other one. Considering the costs…

Sixt Ride Service is excellent at the…
Sixt Ride Service is excellent at the core of drivers and cars. But if you need assistance it’s far from good. It might even happen that call center agents call you at 4am to discuss the upcoming trip. This is hardly acceptable.

Pick-up at BCN airport
The communication right after the landing with the driver was excellent. His attitude and friendliness was suberb. His car was clean and the ride was smooth.
