Despite booking and payment, the driver wasn't at the meeting point. Cartrawler / Sixt Ride doesn't check arrival times, despite the flight number. Now they've even informed me that I've canceled the paid order, even though that wasn't the case. The money was simply retained. I'll never use this service again!

Absolut pro, gute Fahrzeuge und zuverlässig. Letztens gab es ein Problem. Wurde anstandslos von Sixt Ride gelöst. Gerne wieder.

Zweieinhalb Stunden bevor man auf gebuchten Service Inanspruchnahme nehmen möchte, schickt Sixt ride eine "cancellation". Sie sagen ab und besitzen auch noch die Frechheit so zu tun als hätte ich das verursacht. Jetzt muss ich mir kurzfristig einen neuen Transport finden. Genauso diese Art von Reisestress möchte ich vermeiden, wenn ich Limousinenservice buche. Nie wieder Sixt Ride! Null Zuverlässigkeit!
