Everything as promised. Two day shipping arrived in 41 hours. New machine meant new machine. And they were helpful on the phone to clarify my order.

It took some time to search through many vendors to decide where to buy this machine. I think, in the end, I chose Sistemma because of the discount code from Facebook. Shipping seemed longer than it should have. I had purchased the SoClean 2 from another vendor on the same day & it came 3 days earlier. Hoping to not need customer service from either place but anyone I've been in contact with has been very pleasant & helpful.

I purchased a ResMed VAuto from SistemmaCpap and was impressed with the entire experience. Buying a Cpap from some DME’s is almost as bad as a car buying experiencing, but not with this merchant. The WebSite is laid out to make shopping easy. No game playing with prices...you know exactly what you are getting. By the way, prices are very reasonable.
