With the exception of the delivery process, which was addressed immediately (Big Thanks !!!), I'm very pleased with the equipment and the customer service. Every time I call I get a response the same day. The prices are outstanding compared to other suppliers.

I was a little apprehensive about ordering a CPAP machine online from Sistemmacpap.com due to the extremely low price of their CPAP machines, when compared to ALL other online retailers. I figured it was too good to be true. I ended up saving a little under $1,500 on my Phillips Dreamstation. The process was fast and easy. I had a question about the product and called the company on a Sunday. To my surprise, the owner of the company, Steven, answered his phone and answered all of my questions. I thought personalized customer service in retail was dead. Sistemma reminded me there are still businesses out there that are focused on customer service. Five Stars!!

more detail on overseas delivery costs and times should have been on website e.g. VAT or at least to let people that you need to track and pay the vat as soon as possible or your shipment will get held up in customs. also there are no details on shipping time just the different services for the carriers
