I participated in a focus-group discussion with SIS. I really admired the way the discussion was conducted in a professional and thoughtful manner. Everyone felt heard and included. The moderator was friendly, approachable and framed the questions in simple terms for everyone to understand. I'd highly recommend SIS International research and applaud them for their work.

Participating in a focus group was a seamless experience. From the time I filled out the initial survey to getting contacted by an SSI representative, to the date of the actual focus group was quick and painless. The office was easy to find, comfortable and clean. The focus group was on time and the facilitator kept things moving so we were done a little early. I will definitely participate again, given the opportunity.

Did 1 study through SIS International. I like that they have clear instructions on where to park/ how to get to the office. They also reimbursed my parking which is a huge plus since parking in SF is expensive. The moderator was friendly and asked great questions to get us talking about our feedback on the product. And they paid me right after I was done with the study with a VISA gift card. I would recommend this business to family and friends.
