They didn't tell the complete truth. The actual project was a lot more work than advertised. Then when it was time to pay, nothing. I was ignored for weeks, and then when I finally got a hold of someone, they were rude and I never was. Just wanted to know when to expect the payment. I'd rather work with a company that can at least pretend to care.

I was not happy with their 4 to 6 week waiting period to get paid and which wasn't immediately revealed until I asked about payment and after the research focus group Zoom meeting confirmed.

Research all went well and I look forward to taking part again! The only downside is they take 6-12 weeks to reimburse participants for their time and input. Unfortunately I can see no logical reason for this wait time and feel strongly that it is highly unfair on respondents to wait this long to be paid what is rightfully their reward. I am certain this isn’t necessary and as I mentioned, I can’t see why such a long wait has been put in place. I hope the SIS take this on board and accept this as some constructive criticism. All in all though, no other negatives to report!

Did a Multiple Sclerosis study over 6 weeks ago and I was told I would receive my incentive within 4 weeks after the study. Never happened and I don’t think they took payment seriously because they kept asking for my PayPal ID on two occasions after initially giving it to them. Reminded them that I hadn’t yet been paid after 4 weeks but never got any response from them. Only reason I am not rating them 1 star is because I actually enjoyed the study
