The staff were very pleasant and the session was kept on time - started and ended at the times we were scheduled. We were paid promptly at the end as promised. The facilitator did not appear to have been briefed on quite as much information about the product we were testing as I had expected but she acknowledged all of our questions as valid ones to pass along to the product developer.

Recently have been invited to a focus group by SIS International about sports. The activity was very engaging and fun. Staff are friendly and attentive. Highly recommended to anyone wanting to join their focus groups

The survey/study was very good. One star deduction because the payment came a little later than originally announced. But you have several contact options if something is a problem. Die Umfrage/Studie war sehr gut. Einen Stern Abzug weil die Zahlung etwas später kam, als ursprünglich angekündigt. Aber man hat verschiedene Kontaktmöglichkeiten, falls etwas nicht stimmt.

I did a study about Social Media. I found out about the study on FB. The questions were ok. I saw a video during it too. The questions asked about things like my lifestyle, likes, dislikes, etc. It took a few steps and some time to get scheduled. The incentive was worth it though in the end. I've done other studies with other companies and other companies do gift cards unlike SIS which pays real money. I will reach out to the recruiter in a month or so to do another hopefully.
