I've done about 5 tests since 2023, and the report and practical recommendations seem to be improving over time. The lab results are quick and they present the results in an easy to read way for the layperson. Not to mention, I like that you can upload 3rd-party results, to have a complete timeline. And, they give you recs on your 3rd-party results too. That's very generous of them, even if it's AI.
