Armen was very helpful. He walked me through the whole process of obtaining a blood sample, but I was still not successful. The issue I found was that I could not draw enough blood in a short period of time. The blood would start to dry before it soaked the card. The solution was to use a needle to extract the blood from a vein in my hand and then drop it onto the square area on the card. This way I was able to obtain enough blood to soak the card before the blood dryed. I think that SiPhox needs to include a needle with every kit so the one can extract the blood more efficiently. Matija was very helpful at guiding me with the sample collection process. I have never done a blood sample collection myself before. I thought it would hurt but I didn't really feel anything. He helped make sure I got enough blood on each test kit. Next time I can do it myself easy. Thanks again for your time.

The blood draw was super easy and results and explanations were great. My only issue is I wish there was a test group that combined more of the tests together or you could pick and choose to customize your tests

Assistance using the EasyDraw blood collecting system was outstanding. The necessary items are well organized and identified in the kit and there is a detailed description online for its use. However, what really made its use outstanding was the assistance from Megha Sama via a scheduled zoom call. The call began exactly at the scheduled start time and Megha moved through each step patiently pointing out critical actions needed to make the collection process a success. The importance of having her help in this first time use of the collection procedure can not be understated. Her communication skills as a coach and teacher were outstanding and clearly contributed to the successful outcome of the collection procedure.
