The representative, Una, was terrific. She guided me through every step today and made it easy to do before work. It was easy getting enough blood and it only took 30 minutes out of my day. Connecting to the call was quick too. No waiting. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

My first call in said more water and move and then call back in. The person who answer the second call Ann I believe helped me through the steps. I could not find the slot to get the labeling card out and she said it near the top. She didn't make me feel stupid as we worked through it.

I misplaced the ice pack that came with my kit, and they overnighted a replacement right away! Customer service is 5 stars!
