Timely efficient. SUGGESTION re: Instructions. Specify how many viles of blood are actually needed in written form for clarity. We were careful not to overfill the one we sent in...not clear that 2 more were needed. Thanks.

I was extremely impressed with the entire experience. I did have trouble with the easy draw method, but once I used the fingerstick method everything was flawless. It was very informative to read all of the detailed information that was included with each of the lab values. And I was equally impressed with the suggestions for areas that I could undertake to improve my test results for the next draw. With all of the numerous blood draws I have had throughout my life I have never had such in-depth analysis of the results. Extremely beneficial in all regards. I will spread the word. Thank you!

Barbara was very helpful and made the collection process smooth and easy. I had some issues with my scheduling, but she was waiting patiently when I finally found the correct zoom call to join! The collection was tolerable and pretty pain free.

Helpful and reassuring

Stefanija was very helpful, kind, and patient trying to help me with my 2nd bloodwork kit. Unfortunately after all the recommended techniques, I did not bleed enough to complete the test. She is sending me a shoulder kit.
