I didn't think that collecting would be so difficult. My blood was too thick, which made it challenging to drop onto the card. I received great tips on how to do it next time, as well as a call at the time of collection for any additional suggestions, so that the collection can be handled appropriately.

I am really impressed with Siphox! This was my first time doing their Easy Draws, and it was a simple, painless experience.
