She was great!!!

I recently had a wonderful experience with Una at SiPhox Health Support Team, and I truly appreciate her help! At first, I thought I could manage the blood collection myself by simply following the instructions. Unfortunately, my first attempt didn’t really work out, so I decided to call for assistance. Una was amazing! She took the time to patiently walk me through the troubleshooting steps, which allowed me to successfully collect three tubes of blood. Her expertise, patience and encouragement transformed what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth process. I’m looking forward to following my blood travel across the country for analysis and am excited about the next phase of my health journey with SiPhox Health. Thank you so much, Una!

This process is so much easier and better than the finger prick method which I used during the last year. Although all the material you need to use for the blood draw may look intimidating, Barbara was outstanding in walking me through step-by-step what to do. She was very patient, knowledgeable, and professional, which made the entire process go both smoothly and quickly.
