We sincerely apologize for the delay in processing your sample. We can confirm that your sample arrived at the lab and was analyzed within the required 14-day window. Per CLIA and CAP regulations, our lab must process samples within this timeframe. Samples arriving outside the 14-day window are rejected, and in the rare occasions that this happens, we promptly send a replacement kit free of charge. Once the lab completes the analysis, our clinical team carefully reviews and publishes your results. This additional review time does not affect the validity of your already-resulted sample. We appreciate your feedback on your sample collection experience and the importance of factoring in the menstrual cycle within the analysis. Our clinical team has been actively working to integrate this consideration into our process. While we strive to deliver results within 3-5 business days for our core panels, shipping delays—particularly in remote areas or if a different courier is used independently—can sometimes be beyond our control. We’re very sorry to hear that you experienced issues registering your kit and receiving your results. Please note that samples remain stable for 14 days. While the processing time typically falls well within this window, in some edge cases, long delays have occurred due to a high volume of samples at the lab. In case of a delay that nears the stability period, a retest will be necessary to ensure accurate results, and we send a new kit free of charge. Given that you had issues with the registration, it is likely that the lab performed the test, but we weren’t able to send you your results. Hi, we take accuracy very seriously and have many members who have conducted real-world, side-by-side comparisons between their results from Quest/Labcorp and ours, with excellent outcomes. Every test we sell is rigorously validated in a CLIA and CAP-certified lab against venous draws. While some variations can occur even between Labcorp and Quest, we want to investigate your result as soon as possible to identify any potential issues. Refund Policy Clarification: the initial response you received from our customer service representative was incorrect, and we take full responsibility for that mistake. While our policy prevents refunds for returned blood testing kits, this clearly does not apply in your case. We obviously do not charge users for a service we haven't provided. 3. Replacement Kit: We’ve expedited a replacement kit to you at no cost to ensure you can continue with your testing as intended. If you end up receiving the first kit as well, you can use this to test again in the future. Thank you for your feedback! While Quest and LabCorp are great options, our team had a different experience when comparing costs. For example, testing just 7 out of our 17 biomarkers at LabCorp came to around $490. The Vitamin D test alone is priced at $99 (https://www.ondemand.labcorp.com/lab-tests/vitamin-d-test). The unlimited membership is designed to encourage multiple tests, which brings the cost down. For example, if you take 3 tests within the 6-month period, the average cost comes to just $133 per test. If you prefer fewer tests, we also offer a quarterly option that allows testing every 3 months for $165 per test, providing flexibility and value. Let us know if you have any further questions!
