Thank you for letting us know about the trouble you had uploading your third-party results. We’re sorry for the frustration this caused.
Our team traced the issue to a brief IT glitch, which has since been fixed. Your results are now successfully uploaded, and we’ve added two extra upload credits to your account to make up for the inconvenience.
Everything should run smoothly going forward, but if you experience any problems feel free to reach us at [email protected].

Absolutely horrendous
Absolutely horrendous. Took 2 weeks to get my results and still was missing certain results. Avoid like the plague. Seems like they are trying to overcomplicate something that is fairly simple. I’m guessing they are using 3rd party labs.

We’re truly sorry to hear about your frustrating experience. This is far from the level of service we aim to provide. Turnaround time and result completeness are critical and we fell short in your case. We do work with 3rd party CLIA-certified labs to ensure accuracy. Delays are rare but unfortunately clearly something went wrong here. We’d like to make it right and investigate what happened in your case.
Please reach out to us at [email protected] so we can follow up directly.

# Concerns About Siphox's Service Practices
I am deeply frustrated with my experience using Siphox's services. Their pricing is exceptionally high, yet their website interface is confusingly designed and difficult to navigate. Most concerning are the excessive identity verification requirements that go far beyond what appears necessary.
While I understand some level of verification is standard, Siphox seems overly focused on collecting and verifying identity information rather than delivering the service I paid for. This raises serious questions about why they need such extensive personal information and how it might be used beyond providing my test results.
For comparison, other laboratory services like Quest have straightforward verification processes that prioritize customer access to their own test results. Siphox's approach, by contrast, creates unnecessary barriers that delay access to information I've already purchased.
These verification hurdles seem disproportionate to any legitimate need and make me question their priorities as a service provider. Are they more concerned with data collection than customer service? Why invest so heavily in identity verification when those resources could improve their actual testing services and user experience?
This approach has significantly undermined my trust in their services and raises important questions about their business practices.

We’re appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback.
At SiPhox, protecting patient health information is a top priority. Our identity verification and security protocols are in place to comply with HIPAA and clinical lab regulations, ensuring that only authorized users can access sensitive medical data. We strive to strike the right balance between safeguarding privacy and minimizing friction for our users.
To that end, our platform uses a straightforward but secure two-factor authentication process for portal access. We understand this may feel like an extra step, but it’s designed to protect both your identity and your results.
That said, we’re always looking for ways to improve. If you have specific suggestions or would be open to a follow-up conversation, we’d truly value the opportunity to learn from your experience and address your concerns directly.

Canadians
Canadians, please read. This is my 3rd time where a sample report has been delayed. Current test was shipped UPS international May 9th, crossed the border May 11th. Arrived at destination May 19 and was picked up May 21st by the Lab. We are now May 29th. Optimum lab results are 14 days after collection. It is now day 21, no report. Was informed over a year ago that they were looking into a better system for Canadians as pay a $40 transportation fee. I have left other reviews, but they have been deleted. Not sure if the rating above is actually representative?
My response to SiPhox's reply. My concern is the length of time it takes once it arrives at the lab to be processed, and results being considerably over 14 days. Both are a concern. This has happened on 3 tests I have submitted, 2 others were in a timely manner. Is this acceptable?
June 2, 2025. Received report. Sample was processed 21 days after it was collected. This was 10 days after it was received by the lab. Not impressed. Apology sent with a promise that they would do better. My question. Did I pay for a test that was not accurate due to the length of time it was sitting in the lab waiting for processing? So far, no response
Response from SiPhox HealthMay 29, 2025
We’re sorry to hear about the delay in shipping your sample. While international shipments from Canada typically take an extra day longer, delays like this are quite rare. Fortunately, your sample still arrived within the 14-day stability window.
Once a sample reaches the lab, it typically takes 3–5 business days to process. After that, our team of health experts carefully reviews the results and prepares your personalized report. We expect to have your full report ready by the end of this week.
Although shipping timelines are outside of our direct control, please know that we’re doing everything we can to maintain the high standards and turnaround times we promise. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Call was canceled and I am not able to reschedule.
The coach ended up canceling just 8 minutes prior to the call. I did not see the email until after I had already been waiting on the call for 15 minutes and I decided to triple check that I had the time right. He did offer to reschedule, but there are no bookings available so I am unable to reschedule. So, the call never occurred, and I am not sure if it will occur.
Response from SiPhox HealthMay 26, 2025
We sincerely apologize for the last-minute cancellation and the inconvenience it caused. Our coach had an unexpected emergency and did her best to notify you as soon as possible. We understand how frustrating it is to be left waiting, and we truly appreciate your patience. She’ll reach back once more to offer alternative times that work for you, and we’ll make sure your session is prioritized.

Very Problematic Company
Multiple issues:
1) Multiple Sample Rejections: Despite shipping the samples back to Siphox on the same day they are drawn, using their own shipping labels, with shipping from a main stream company, and from a major urban city; I have had multiple (3) back to back rejected samples because they were in transit too long (>14 days to arrive at the lab). The company has not worked out its logistics processes very well.
2) Un-reliable generated reports: The reports on their website with my data have objectively contradicting information. This raises serious reliability issues in my mind. For example, in the same sentence, the data explanation/interpretation for my results indicate that I am both worse and better than the average for my chronological age. Further, despite having my birthdate entered correctly on my account, my chronological age is incorrectly calculated in multiple places and then correctly calculated in others. To confirm, the chronological age not other (biological) ages.
3) The website is dysfunctional: Regularly, the company sends me links for more information that leads to 'dead' pages or errors. The main 'portal' is frequently down for repairs and not accessible.
4) Massive delays in processing samples. For the samples that are not rejected, the processing time to get results (once the lab has received) has been over 3 weeks. Not accounting for shipping time, and not accounting for rejected samples that need to be redrawn and resent. [Correction: I initially said 1 month in the origional post, and it would be 1 month including shipping delays]
They have really failed in their mission of "convenient at home blood testing"
Response from SiPhox HealthApr 15, 2025
We're very sorry to hear about the difficulties you've experienced. While shipping and processing delays are uncommon, some supply chain slow-downs are unfortunately beyond our control. That said, in cases where there are prolonged shipping times due to carrier delays, we send a replacement kit free of charge as we did in your case. We understand this isn’t ideal but glad your recent replacement kit arrived on time and the lab managed to deliver your results.
We also appreciate you flagging the website issues. Our team is actively working to resolve them and remains committed to continuously improving your experience.
Please know that we’re dedicated to delivering a level of service that meets your expectations, and we sincerely hope to have the opportunity to make this right.
