So helpful and clear directions
So helpful and clear directions. They were kind and thoughtful, I was nervous and had trouble with the first draw so she advised a shower and some movement which I did then had a much better experience and success. Glad to get through the first time doing it.

Hi Christina - the first one is the hardest. Glad Eni and Emilija could walk you through it. A first draw that isn't going smoothly is exactly the moment a quick call helps most, and the right bit of advice at the right time can change everything.

Siphox offers an amazing service
Siphox offers an amazing service for people like me with a needle phobia. I now can get my blood work done and this has set me on a path of working toward optimal health - I've learned so much on the journey. Also, great customer support - communication and individualized customer service like Siphox offers is rare these days. Highly recommended company.
