In general
In general, very easy. Two things could be improved. The instructions are contradictory with respect to freezing or refrigerating the ice pack. Also, it would have been very helpful if the top of the instructions gave an estimated time for how long the collection would take. It ended up taking 10 minutes longer than I expected, and conflicted with a meeting that I had scheduled.

Support call for my blood test
I had a call with Una and she was very kind, patient and helpful. With her help I was able to successfully get my sample done. She was very reassuring and thorough. I highly recommend her.

Emilija was very helpful and made the experience much easier than expected. I had read the instructions but in person help definitely simplified the procedure.

Everything went smoothly and fast. I liked how the company informed you of every step. From letting you know when your kit is coming to when it gets to the lab. My assessment was informative. Worth doing this twice a year.
