This is a fairly good service that provides some good insight into my health. I have used it to improve my eating and overall health and have seen the outcome on the next test. Although I love the online tool, I wish I could print the results with graphs, action plan and any other information so that I can read offline and scribble note. The export of the simple view isn't enough for me.

Nice to be able to collect the blood at home

I had a very good experience with my first Siphox test. It was easy to take the sample and mail it in. My results came in about a week’s time and were very close to the results of my blood draw from the week prior. Their results interface is nice and easy to understand. I like that their panels include hormone levels, which my standard annual blood draws don’t.

As a whole SiPhox does everything they say they will and they do it well. They got me my test kit fast (to Canada), processed the results quickly, and updated my online portal with the results that same day providing valuable insights into my biomarkers. I've gone with 4 stars simply because I found the way they laid out the membership pricing to be a bit confusing, resulting in me being charged more than I initially expected. However, after talking with support, they went above and beyond to make it right and rectify what was ultimately my misunderstanding, not their mistake. If you're looking at the membership option and understand how the pricing works, you should have no concerns. SiPhox will deliver a great service and provide you with valuable insights to your biomarkers.

The testing was easy and I was happy with the turnaround time of my results. Included in my subscription was the Libre CGM which is not compatible with the Canadian App so it was useless. I contacted Siphox and they said they would look into it and keep me up to date with the outcome - that was in April and I still haven’t heard anything! I finally received my Canadian comparable CGM and it works perfect.

Following discussions with them, they offered me a hormonal test that corresponded to my needs. I then subscribed to the membership to finally be told that this test is not in a subscription. For a week I tried to settle the situation with Siphox to cancel my subscription and replace it with the hormonal test only and impossible to get follow-ups. 1-2 weeks after, the problem was solve and since now I’ve got a great customer service.

I wanted to give this a 4.5 stars, but can't...I really liked the ease of collection, and the speed of the results. The results are motivating for me to make some changes to my diet, and I also really appreciated the few bits of advice from siphox on improving my numbers. Some suggestions - I would love even more advice on improving my numbers, and I was disappointed on looking further that DHEA and testosterone were only included for males, I would like to see those numbers as a female as well. Maybe this would be too hard to do, but having an a-la-cart testing option would be pretty cool too. Overall a very positive experience. Would recommend for those who wish to stay on top of their health!

I have am immunosuppressed and have multiple chronic health conditions, so having siphox health has been a great option for me! It works just as advertised, with a very helpful instruction video. There is even an easy share button so I can send the results to my doctor. The only reason why I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because the export button as a pdf of the results would not work, despite my trying on multiple browsers and devices. Its a minor thing but really annoying as I like to save copies of my tests. Otherwise, they’re completely great and I have already recommended to several friends!
