Eni Anzic was professional, helpful, and thorough in her assistance as this was my first time utilizing the blood kit. I had a much better experience and some helpful tips by utilizing the video call and her expertise.

The initial sign-up process is cumbersome and appears to be a scam. For instance, I was not even aware I had been charged for the initial membership fee. I thought I hadn't signed up and probably wouldn't have continued with the process until my wife pointed out that I had been charged. This does not convey transparency in the process. With that said, I am impressed with the results, compared to the traditional lab work I had done a few days prior. I am also impressed with the actionable and comprehensive information given in the report. I am very impressed with the body scan feature of the app. I found it to be incredibly accurate.
