As someone who typically gets poked 2 times in each arm because my veins are too small, shallow, or crooked, this experience has been life-changing. Everything was clean and organized. The instructions were simple to follow. I was nervous but after I figured out the process, I realized there was nothing to be nervous about.

Stephanija was a delight to work with on my first time with a SiPhox kit. She was very professional and ensured everything when according to the process.

She was great over the phone. The box instructions should have stated up front that lots of water is a requirement for the success of the test. The box just says "Water is ok," which is misleading regarding its importance. If I didn't have someone over the phone it might have been quite challenging.
