The easy draw truly is easy. The reports are very useful. The website has a few glitches and I wish there was an easy-to-download version of the results to maintain for my own records. Overall, a good service.

I like the platform, the detailed lab review of outside labs, ability to order labs to follow up on medical conditions and they offered a coaching call. They have good customer service. I would say to be careful attempting to use HSA funds and check with your plan prior to using HSA to purchase labs from this company. My HSA does not allow me to use this service with their funds but I discovered this afterwards .

Instructor was very patient with me,as I’m not a tech guy.Offered good suggestions to help getting a proper sample.

This is a great service. The number of tests you get for the price really is a good deal if you were to add up all the individual tests elsewhere. My results seem in line with similar tests I have done recently at other labs, other than 1 result which seemed way off (strange). The results with the custom analytics is very useful information, and I really like the interface to view all the biomarkers. It's nice to be able to add in results from other labs as well, great feature. Only small gripe I have is the length of time to process results once received back at the lab was quite a bit longer than I was expecting and advertised. Overall a great service and would recommend.

Edit: Thank you for the response. I had no idea that the full report took a few days to generate and upload (Although that does make sense) The full report is much more comprehensive and very helpful, thank you! It would be helpful to clear confusion for other first time users to perhaps add some sort of language to the initial results about a comprehensive report in process and to be sure to check back. Or if there is verbiage to that effect, perhaps make it more obvious so folks (like me) don't jump the gun unnecessarily. Now that I see how comprehensive the full report is, I am quite impressed and thank you. I'll be sure to spend more time reviewing your site for additional helpful benefits. Nothing was noted about the fact that all of my inflammation markers are very high. RA Factor, and CRP are both high, as were other markers. I'm trying to get to the bottom of that, yet none of that was identified or referenced.

Only difficulty was the collection. I needed 3 of the pokers to get it done. That finger pump ended up flying across the room, haha! Sure it got the blood flowing...but then smeared all over the pump chamber and was no use in aiding blood drop formation. It just made a mess. Yeah, everything was great, but the blood drops were harder to get than you'd think.

The process was easy enough but sadly the shipping experience from Canada to the USA is not the best. My first test was not received by the lab in time to properly test. Over 20 days to get to its destination and made it declined. A second test was sent out to me and I was charged for it, and am still waiting for a $50 credit for it. Then I asked for a consultation to go over the details of the test results and I was told that it would be a $99 charge. Add on the 40% exchange fee and again, it’s an added cost and inconvenience. Not my greatest experience and I’m not totally satisfied with it. I do have the results of the bloodwork, finally and will try to find someone to help me figure it out. If you are not from the USA, you should be aware of how it works.

I’ve just started my SiPhox journey and their customer support has been great. You actually connect with a person within a reasonable time. The company is young so there can be a few bumps in the road but their person-based customer support helps with that.
