Ajda was very helpful in my purchase of one of the SiPhox Health's blood testing kits. She also changed my email address to the one I prefer so I am appreciative of her assistance to me.

SiPhox sent me a replacement kit due to the fact that I did not send enough blood for them to do all biomarkers. The shipping was very fast. I was able to do the test on Monday and send it back that same day. My results were available by the next Monday. I'm happy with the efficiency of the company and how easy the tests are to take.

The first test went fine but 2 weeks after I got my results I was sent a second kit and they charged my account. No explantation, nobody to call and talk to. I was not suppose to get another test for 6 months Update. SiPhox health has taken care of the second kit that was sent and refunded my account.

I met with a collection specialist and she was very nice and really helpful. I couldn't get enough blood on my first card so I emailed customer support and they sent me a second one. I had the replacement in the same week! So I decided to join a call to make sure I did it right this time. Great service thus far!
