Blood testing through SiPhox was extremely easy. The test kit arrived quickly, and it was easy to unpack and understand. The person assisting on the testing phone call (required for a first-time tester) was very helpful and provided clear, easy-to-understand instructions. The test results arrived in just a few days and provided a comprehensive report on the blood work.

I made a subscription for my mother and ordered an EasyDraw Kit. Unfortunately, the first attempt failed, so I contacted customer support. Evan reached out to me and smoothly guided me through the next steps, sending me a replacement kit. Following his instructions, we then had a call with a collection specialist (sadly, I can’t remember her name), and this time, everything was successful.
