Being able to call in for live help made a huge difference for me. Also, Ana was very patient and encouraging, and made the experience easy, effective, and pleasant. I also appreciated the preparatory video, as well as the clear instructions that accompanied the kit. But had I known I could connect anytime to a live person, instead of only during certain hours on two different days, I would have been able to get this done several days earlier. But no worries, as all is well. When it came time to prepare the mailer, I placed the bloodwork card into the small envelope which then goes into the larger return envelope mailer. However, I found the mailer too narrow to be able to easily slip the envelope with the bloodwork card into it. So I ended up carefully cutting around the inner envelope containing the card so that it would then fit into the return envelope mailer. Maybe the outer envelope needs to be super snug in order to keep air out so as not to impact the blood card in any way??? If not, then maybe the next size up would be beneficial? Thank you so much for helping, and for making this affordable.
