Easy & Pain-Free
I had a great experience! I normally am anxious about getting my blood drawn but I didn't with SiPhox. I loved being able to draw from home. The process was easy and pain-free. It felt like being picked with a sewing needle. The instructions walk you through every step. I highly recommend! I never want my blood drawn the old-fashioned way again!

Easiest process ever
Easiest process ever! I am glad I went through it on a Siphox video call and I appreciated the customer service person helping me step by step! Very easy to use and now I'm ready to send off for my results! Thank you!

Eni was lovely to talk with and she…
Eni was lovely to talk with and she made it very easy to understand the steps, demonstrated part of the process as an added help, was encouraging, and provided additional information about the sample card- that after an hour from providing the sample even if it’s not completely dry, I can place it in the specimen bag ( I hadn’t heard that before). It was a very good experience.

I was I admit a little nervous about…
I was I admit a little nervous about the blood draw, and an online call. But Ana made it so much easier. A calm simple and enjoyable experience. She has a perfect demeanor for the task. Thank very much. Makes me far more likely to monitor my health on my own.
