This was truly a seamless experience. My call to gain the sample was pleasant. I think there is always some anxiety about drawing blood but I would prefer this method over going to the doctor's office and getting a needle in my arm. This was truly painless and easy. Highly recommend!

The instructor was extremely patient and helpful. My blood was flowing way better and faster with the instruction she gave and because of that when the blood dropped onto the square, a tiny drop did splatter onto the rectangle. She was unsure if this would be adequate because there's supposed to be no blood in the rectangle as the plasma needed to be evaluated and she sought council from other assistants and/or company before moving on. She did not make me feel rushed as I was doing jumpy jacks in the background and a 3-minute warm pack hold before we started.
