I’ve used other at-home testing brands, and so far SiPhox is far better. It covers all of my specific biomarkers and more. The kit is beautifully packaged, the instructions are clearly written, and you actually get a live person on video to walk you through your first test. They communicate sample tracking very well once it ships. However, I was never notified when the results were ready. I thought they were taking a long time, so I logged into my account and found that the results had already been sitting there for a few days.

Confirm with your doctors first, customer service pulled through for me
I have a mixed experience based on my customer service interactions with this company, but have edited my review to reflect the overall outcome and how I feel walking away. The website seems very straight forward, showing panels and services offered, sign up is easy, there is a “share with your doctor” option that was a bit misleading in my particular case. I will not be using their kit, so I cannot attest to that process. I am navigating the healthcare system on a very tight budget. I am looking for the lowest cost labs as I am currently uninsured and was excited about the price point and convenience for the particular labs I currently need. Unfortunately after messaging my two providers that I found labs and ordered them, they responded they don’t take third party mail at home test results as they’ve had issues in the last, regardless of the company now. While initially, customer service responded a bit poorly, while still professionally, another member of the team, Ajda, stepped in and really changed the experience, making me feel seen as a human navigating their health rather than just a sale point. If in the future I can afford the extra testing without needing to worry about it supporting me medically with my current doctors, I’d love to give SiPhox a try, it is just not where I’m at in life at the moment.

Kelli, we really appreciate you revisiting your review to reflect the full picture. Glad to hear Ajda made a difference: that's the kind of care we want every interaction to have. Hope our paths cross again in the future.

Thorough review of my test data and…
Thorough review of my test data and practical advice on wellness enhancement activities. Very personalized and in-depth.

Glad the call gave you something practical to take forward. That's what these are for — data is so much more useful if it leads somewhere.

The blood test is convenient but the assessment is poor value.
The blood test is convenient and allows me to track progress with getting cholesterol under control. There are two reasons why I would not make it 5 star.
- From time to time there is an excessive delay in processing the test. This is a problem that might be resolved.
- I paid $39 for the SiPhox assessment. It told me nothing I couldn't generate by exporting my report and putting it into ChatGPT. In fact, ChatGPT did a better job of helping me prioritize what to address. I really don't think the $39 is worth it. It gives you the impression a doctor reviewed results, but AI is better.

Hi Aidan! Thank you for taking the time to write this - we want to look into it properly.
We've requested your account details through Trustpilot so we can review the processing delay on your panel and reach out to you directly. That shouldn't be a recurring experience.
On the assessment: that's the part we most want to understand. If it isn't giving you real value beyond what's already in your report, we want to know why. We'll review it properly once we have the information needed.

Overall Great Experience with some room for improvement
Overall Great Experience but there is room for improvement. The ranges exported in the CSV file did not match the ranges defined on the web site. The sampling experience was fine. With 3 samples I had 1 that was too low, one over filled and one that was just right. I was concerned it wouldn't be enough but somehow it turned out fine. The insights are great and I'm still processing all of the data provided. Would like some additional support for supplementation. Many vitamin levels were not measured.

Collection good, but lab time...
There are a ton of reviews about the collection process but very little about the wait time for results. Don't get me wrong, I was pleasantly surprised with the kit and ease of the collection process. Siphox also has a pretty good tracking system that allows you to follow the status of your kit. However, once you've done your collection and it gets to the lab, the updates get sparse and vague.
The last update I received was two business days ago telling me that my sample was currently being analyzed at the lab and I would hear from them soon. I suppose it was silly of me to think I would get results later that day, but the message kind of implied that. I guess it means within several days? Maybe clearer wording would have helped.
So far, my experience has been okay, but the updates on lab time are somewhat lacking. I'm still anxiously awaiting results.

Timing of test was a little challenging…
Timing of test was a little challenging as the sample could only be shipped on specific days

I really like the heart and health…
I really like the heart and health data. I like how you framed the information. My only negative is how you gave me an age based upon my data. I think it’s not clear how you got to that number.
