THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY! Website says starting $125 but don’t tell you about the $124 that also gets charged automatically for a dumbass membership (every 3 months) that you don’t get told about. The 3RD party that takes payments won’t refund after the item gets shipped out per their “return policy” to cancel once you’ve seen the $125 + $124 charge within minutes of each other, then tell you in multiple emails what you get for them stealing $249 from you. Can’t get ahold of the SiPhox place themselves cus they don’t answer their damn phone or are never in the office! KEEP YOUR MONEY ($249), NOT WORTH THE CONSTANT BS WITH THIS COMPANY OR THEIR 3RD PARTY THEY WORK WITH! WHAT A JOKE!

Update: It's now Sept 8th, and I still have NO results from SiPhox. I placed my order with them 23 days ago and needed these results quickly to begin a medical treatment. Still no word except, "Due to a high volume of samples, processing has taken longer than anticipated." It was 5 days ago when I received that message. I am so displeased I ever entrusted SiPhox. I can't be sure there won't be another message about my "sample not viable", or "lost", or whatever, and then I'll have to restart this process with another company and this has me very frustrated. I would caution anyone considering using them to think twice. They also have a way to get rid of bad reviews by "flagging" them with Trustpilot to create extra friction on you to prove you're an actual client, or the review will be deleted within 3 days. How do I know? Because they flagged mine. Keep this in mind as you look at their reviews. Original review: Everything about SiPhox feels like an unnecessary delay. for a technology co, things should happen much faster. When I was tested with a competing lab, they sent me my test kit overnight and had it picked up the next day. With Siphox, I placed my order on the 14th, and didn't get it until the 25th!! Now that I've done my test, they say it's arrived and can take 7-10 "business days" to process! This is outrageous. Now here's the worst part: I only used them because they have an arm device that it neither a finger prick nor going to a lab for a blood draw. However, what they failed to mention, is that for my test package, it requires THREE blood draws at once! When I found that out, I was not at all a happy camper. They also sprang the news on me that b/c this is my first test with them, I'm required to call in for a video call with one of their associates as I complete my test. Now I'm just waiting for the final shoe to drop: them telling me that my lab test was unusable. We'll see if that happens, but that would def. complete the experience for me. Forgot to mention, I didn't realize I already had a CC on file with them for signing up for an account over year ago. So when I ordered my test, it went on that CC. I tried to change to another CC as my "default" for the future, but when you look at the billing in their portal, THERE IS NO WAY TO TELL which card is the default, as it just shows "card" without giving any indication of WHICH card!!! Even after contacting cust. svc. I could not get an answer. Again, this is a TECHNOLOGY company! Come on SiPhox... you can do better than this.

We ordered a kit for me and my wife. They both got registered to the same account and we couldn't change it in the app. We emailed them, they said no problem and will notify the lab. 2 weeks after results were supposed to be out it shows results processed but no results. No phone number to be found and no resolution over email after many back and forths. Avoid this company.

I ordered a kit and paid $380 for testing. After receiving the kit, for a multitude of reasons, I did not complete the testing or register. I was unable to. I finally tried to register my kit and was told that it was expired and I would have to order another kit and pay a more expensive price as prices have gone up. No blood was drawn. I never used the kit. I would gladly pay for the manufacturing of the kit but no testing was ever done. Also the fact that the kit expires is not written on it or is it stated anywhere. How is that fair? EDIT: After SiPhox response. I contacted support before writing this review. My request for a new kit was denied. Don’t bother contacting support. They won’t help you. Read the fine print and beware. I am out $400. Thanks, SiPhox.

Avoid Siphox at all costs. They don't tell you that the Ultimate 360 panel requires you to stab yourself with their device THREE separate times. My very first collection failed due to clotting, and there was absolutely no way I was going to get a replacement and then try three more times. Their customer service team was absolutely useless, and now I'm out over $200 with nothing to show for it but a hole in my arm. Update: After posting this review, their CS team reached out, agreed the messaging for the Ultimate 360 is unclear about requiring 3 blood draws, and gave me a refund

I’ve used several of these at home draw services and never had an issue until I used SiPhox. They are the most expensive by far, and the kit I received was unable to be activated. I talked to live support for the draw and she said, I don’t know how to fix this, I’m just here to help you with collection, and to reach out to support via email. I used their support chat and email and both are only AI generated garbage. It’s been over 24 hours and no response on how to activate the kit or send a replacement. I disputed the $274 charge on my credit card and will use the plethora of other companies that offer the same service for cheaper and actually deliver.

Fraud. Tricked me into getting their kit but there was nothing beyond the basic membership. I am asking for a refund. They tricked me into ordering, but then on top of the basic membership, I had to order a kit. It is super sketchy. Do not recommend.

This was NOT worth the money as I'm a stay at home mom of a multiply disabled son. Getting him and me out to my Dr, the copay, gas etc, then scheduling labs, and the follow up appts made this seem like a better deal. While the blood draw was simple enough, one of my three just stopped pulling blood and I could not fill the vial. When my results came in, it was the first time in 51 yrs that my labs were all over the place. High iron, high folate, low Vitamin D, low thyroid, low insulin, etc. I sent the labs to my Dr and she said they didn't look right compared to my previous labs. Had to go in anyway, get new labs done anyway, etc only to find out my labs aren't off. They are. I contacted them wanting my money back and they said that machines can vary by 100%! So they've covered their butts on why you can see such a discrepancy in arm draw vs veinous. I do not recommend their product or services at all.
