This is a great service for anyone who wants to keep a closer eye on their health without taxing our already stressed healthcare services. It’s easy, discreet, and just works. The array of assays done could definitely be expanded, but it’s a pretty good offering considering how it’s collected.

Quick and accurate results

I was interested in getting my biomarkers measured once a quarter rather than just once a year at my annual physical. I decided to give Siphox a try. The process was pretty simple. You receive a package in the mail which you use to collect your blood using a lancet. Painless and easy to do. Just make sure you’ve warmed the skin up first. The reason for regular blood work is so I can measure the effectiveness of the supplements I take. The Siphox test showed my Vitamin D levels were too high and that my low testosterone had improved. This type of feedback allows me to tailor my supplement protocol. The biomarkers include hs-CRP and ApoB which are the important ones for me. I did reach out to customer support regarding questions about the blood results and got a prompt response. Overall I’ve been happy with the service and the price is reasonable.

So far, I'm very pleased with the whole experience of using the kit. Package arrived quickly, Instructions were easy to follow, and although I was initially a little apprehensive of using a lancet, it was painless. For the price here in Canada, no other at-home test can compare in value for parameters. Both me and my wife will continue to use the tests to optimize our health.

Super easy to use, but I had some issues with my first test due to user error. It was my first time using a lancet and I screwed up. That said, customer support was very helpful and understanding and they ensured my second test was a success. I do wish it didn't require as much blood, but in no way is that a deal breaker. Overall I plan to continue using it to get meet my health goals.
