Did the test under the guidance of Divya who gave me loads of useful tips which made the process much smoother than when I did it by myself previously. Very convenient that the mailing is already paid for and set up.

Eva was knowledgeable, personable, instructive, and helpful during this process. I appreciate her guidance and support.

Customer service was very good. Eva helped me through the process of drawing the blood since it was my first time doing this.

I just had and excellent customer service experience with Jernej. He helped me with an issue related to transferring a subscription that I gifted to another person. Unfortunately, their software limitations prevented a simple membership transfer so Jernel walked me through various steps of cancelling, refunding, and repurchasing until the unlimited membership was assigned to my spouse. His attention to detail, clear and friendly communication, and follow-through ultimately led to a positive outcome and experience for me.

Absolutely responsive and trustworthy. Strongly recommend 10/10.

My coach had reviewed my results in advance. She took into account what I am already doing to improve certain biomarkers and adjusted her recommendations accordingly. Her guidance was very specific and actionable. I appreciated her knowledge and her respect for mine. Overall this was a very positive and helpful coaching session. I look forward to more.

Very happy with the ease and simplicity of the whole process. The reports are so easy to read and the links to further explanations on my results were so helpful. I love that the have both clinical and biohacker ranges. So much more data than I can get from my medical practitioner. And little issues (mostly my fault) that I have had are quickly rectified and everyone has been so helpful and responsive. Looking forward to diving deep into my own health for the next year and SiPhox is going to be a big part of it!

Divya is very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.
