This product was so worth the investment. Received the package in the mail, I waited until the weekend to stick my finger. Sent the package on Saturday and on Thursday I had my results. I will be reviewing with my PCP in September.

This product is great. Easy to follow instructions, I milked my finger to get the blood going and then packaged it up and sent it over to the professionals. I received my results in a matter of days. Remember not to eat before and do the test in the morning.

The single biggest contributor to my health journey! Having Megha walk me through the blood draw live on the phone made the collection seamless. And I appreciate that they're continually iterating on the "insights" to make them simpler and more actionable.

I didn't have any problem collecting the sample, but it was nice to know there was a real human available if I did. I knew what data I was interested and it's provided in a clear format.

Review is from Ontario, Canada, shipping with UPS. - Summary – Highly recommend using their “in person” Zoom meeting help with blood draws, and if you get Megha S – you’re in very good hands. With her guidance I got the blood draw done in less than a minute after using the plastic finger pump that came with the kit. (I failed on the 1st attempt and used many lancets, so it was a huge relief for it to so easily with a coach and her tricks.) Details - - I tried once on my own, used many lancets, and failed. I sent them pictures of the testing card and they agreed. They sent a replacement kit and recommended meeting with their staff for next attempt. - Anxiety was high, but I set up the online meeting. Due to “life” I ended up emailing asking for a new date, which they quickly accommodated. I was able to get a date not offered on their website calendar which worked much better. Thank you very much for this flexibility. - Note- please ask if you need a different time slot than what is available on the website calendar. Create a meeting, then after received the email, respond with your request. They were very understanding and accommodating due to "life" situations. - The meeting was conducted using Zoom video link, which was sent by email the day of the meeting. - Megha S was very helpful and understanding while I explained how my previous attempt went and so many lancets were used, frustration, etc. She showed how to use the plastic finger pump and that was a huge game changer. I was done with the blood draw in less than a minute while using this other method. Anxiety turned to relief. So happy it went so quickly and with only 1 finger stick. - Same day, drove to UPS and sent package back and tracked it’s progress using both tracking methods - their website tracking method and the ups tracking method. - Recommendation is to anyone who has watched the many YouTube videos on how to do your own blood testing with this kit – please don’t watch others, but get the “in person” Zoom meeting set up with their staff. I watched Youtube videos, tried using other methods of warm water, shaking and moving about, taking time and keep on pressuring your fingers to get more blood. Just don’t do it. Just set up the video meeting, really. They are super helpful with tricks. - Now that I have my testing results, I plan to make some changes and hopefully improve these numbers and retest in the future. - Overall - Game Changer, or “Life Changer” – 1) having the live video help, and 2) having the info and now need to make changes to hopefully improve them.

So easy from start to finish. Collection is easy, painless and instructions are clear. Shipping is easy. Results were surprising in a positive way and I'm really glad I did this. I'm going to repeat annually for sure.
