Very professional service with understanding the test results, especially because I use topical testosterone replacement and oddly the hand for application is the same as I used for sampling blood droplets. Working with their experts, we determined this was the reason for way high levels --- next time I will be more careful with sampling. Otherwise test results correspond very accurately with my historical tests by my physician/clinical testing laboratory with several tubes. With these test results and the Libre 3 CGM, I have performed two oral glucose tolerance tests and collected samples to measure insulin levels, etc. Now after losing 18 pounds thanks to SiPhox Libre 3 and Cronometer with Apple and Samsung Health --and QardioBase --and 4 weeks of carb cycling --- I am using my second Libre 3 and will see how my new metabolism and BMI are handling carbs...

As far as the collection of saliva, this was a straight forward and easy procedure to follow and using UPS services was great since I could drop the sample within walking distance of my house. The directions within the box were very self explanatory and easy to follow. The results to my surprise were within the normal range so this is great and were easy to interpret and this leading to further my research with other profile within the next month
