To be honest, I was nervous to use this kit. I called the Collection Line and the person walked me through step by step so I felt comfortable that I was doing everything correctly. I highly recommend this kit and this company to anyone needing their blood tested.

It's a great value, and the at home blood draw saves me time and stress (time=money, lower stress = health). You can upload old labs now also and compare your biomarkers over time. Several services I think offer this but they have been first and do it well.

I tried SiPhox hoping at-home blood testing would be easier to manage with my medical anxiety, blood-injection-injury phobia, and history of vasovagal syncope. Unfortunately, despite several attempts, a guided support call, and a replacement kit, the collection process was too overwhelming for me. My treatment team ultimately recommended pursuing blood work in person with additional support. While the at-home testing wasn’t the right fit for me, the customer service was excellent. Ajda responded with genuine kindness and understanding, arranged a full $449 refund as an exception, and canceled my subscription without making me jump through additional hoops. I felt heard and respected throughout the process. I also really like the SiPhox portal’s layout and how it presents health data. I plan to upload future lab results there to help me better understand my health and take a more informed, independent role in my care alongside my doctor’s guidance. I’m very grateful for how thoughtfully SiPhox handled my situation. I hope this helps!
