Hi David, Tony here in Marketing. I can understand your frustration on mobile app connectivity, I too personally suffer from some dropped connections. It is very much a known bug and we're fixing it (I promise!!). In the meantime there are a few things you can do to improve connectivity (like shutting off bluetooth). Are you on iPhone or Android? Lets connect, my personal email is [email protected]

Hi Chris, if you'r not having a "wow" moment when you look through that eye-piece in the dark, you may have it on the wrong setting? Hundreds (if not thousands) of our customers are using the NV cameras for this exact use case and loving it. In either case, lets connect. Please reach out to me at [email protected]. I run marketing here (not customer satisfaction) but I do love connecting with customers personally and would really enjoy speaking with you.
