I have been waiting over 3 months for my pajama set. I contacted support and was told it was a "pre-order." I was never informed it was a pre-order when I made the purchase, and the same set (and all their pjs sets) on their website say nothing about it being a preorder. I'm getting the sense this website has shady business practices at best or is an all-out scam at worst. Save your money and time and buy somewhere else.

The duvet cover I bought is pretty to look at, but the material feels very cheap. It’s a “velvet” damask, but the velvet is just the pattern over a thin transparent mesh. The back side is a low thread count cotton. For the price point, I expected something quality that would last in my home. I don’t think this will, lovely as it looks.

Better hope you love what you buy because you’ll lose a ton of money if you need to return… and then you’ll have to run around for the refund. I purchased the pajamas - Elysian Fields. I was so excited for them but they were so itchy not comfortable and sizing is so off. I needed to return them and had to do so at my own expense. Of course, I paid for original shipping fees and then the fee to get them back, so lost $20. The styles are cute but the comfortability is a total miss and then i had to do a run around to get my refund. Skip, next!

I purchased a sheet set from them. They shipped them to me very quickly. The design looks like it does in the pictures. I like the feel of the sheets. I am happy with my purchase and would order from them again.

I purchased a set of leopard sheets thinking it was going to be the same quality as other sheets I purchased. I spent a total of 229.00 and the sheets are horrible. I thought the more I washed them they would get softer. I will never order from this website again.

I did not order bed linens, I chose a home decor item. I wanted to order 2 items but as this was my first time ordering from this company, I ordered the less expensive one to "test". I checked first to make sure it was in stock, it was, and the item has already arrived. The whole experience was a positive one and I am very satisfied not only with the merchandise but with the overall efficiency of how this transaction was handled....it has made me immediately go back and order the other item mentioned above!
