My boyfriend and I have purchased from Sin In Linen before. Despite the high prices and unreasonable wait time, we were satisfied with the product. So we just received an order placed 4 months ago. I dont know if they changed who makes them but these are AWFUL. I have a *thing* with texture which is why I will spend more money for soft sheets. This product feels like I just went to walmart.

I wish I would have read the reviews on trust pilot before ordering. Buyers beware. I ordered something, spent $250, only need to find out that it was a backordered item, 2 months later AFTER I reached out. Mind you it does not say anywhere on their website when something is a pre-order or when it’s a backordered item. I decided to have them send me a list of things that they do have in stock, ordered off that, and a week and a half later still have no tracking information. I’m canceling the order and if they don’t give me a full refund as soon as possible, I will absolutely dispute discharge. Cute designs, but I’m wondering if they even exist!

What I ordered didn't work. I asked for a refund. I followed return instructions. I've been waiting over 2 months and sent several emails . Still nothing 😡

I wanted to test out Sin in Linens 100% cotton sateen material before I spent over $200 on a comforter, so I bought their Moon & Stars pillow shams. They say on their website that their product is "Luxurious comfort" DON'T believe it! These shams feel extremely scratchy and irritating on my face and as a side sleeper I don't want the experience of my face rubbing against burlap every night. There were also loose threads and some of the embroidery is fraying to me that is not $58 quality. I am glad I now know not to buy a $200+ comforter from them but I am still out the $58 plus taxes and shipping for the shams because I washed them before use because 1) to see if a wash would soften them up and 2) I always wash new bedding before use but Sin in Linens return policy is you cannot return an item after its been washed. This "Luxury Gothic" brand is only luxury in their prices and super cheap where is actually matters.

I placed an order Dec 18, 2025. It has still not arrived. Every month I have to reach out and ask for a status update and every month they say it "should ship by end of month next month". L

I’d purchased from SIL before. Maybe 10 years ago and enjoyed my sheets they were 100% cotton and I loved the prints. I ordered about $650 in new sheets and a duvet cover and pillowcases. The first night I slept on them I broke out in a rash. I contacted CS for a return and they said they would only send me 15% if I returned them (half weren’t even opened). So I had to file a case through PayPal. Thank god I paid by PayPal or I would have been boned. Poor products now and terrible customer service. Don’t do it there are some other, better companies out there.

Been robbed of $616 dollars bought bedding in November 2025 and still nothing. No communication whatsoever. I’ve report this company to most websites as I am far from impressed. Don’t waste your time it isn’t worth it.

Believe all the reviews. I got my original order in October, but the blanket had a huge string/snag and I spent way too much money for a defective product. It's been a nightmare ever since. They've pushed the replacement back month after month after month. I have to reach out at the time it was anticipated to ship based on our last conversation, and when I do, it's another month to month and a half with NO explanation why it's delayed. This is shared by multiple people across all of their platforms. I'm starting to wonder if they're even a legit company.
