I like the product but had to put in aftermarket hard drive and RAM since what was available was far more expensive. After 7 happy years with my old machine it was amazing to see the superior graphics faster response time and it takes up, maybe 5% of the space my old full tower took. I hope to get another 7 years out of my NUC as well.

All and all a very good experience. My little NUC came with exactly what I expected. Only thing I would improve is the web site. It would be nice if the site provided a bit more information about the status of an order as it goes through the life cycle. Not just an email once it ships.

No automated email to confirm purchase. Had to send a message to simplynuc after 5 days to get status of order. After which replies from several staff followed, which finally led to an email with shipping tracking number, which is what i really needed. But otherwise the product was in perfect condition and exactly as i ordered. Thank you
