My overall experience with SimplyNUC has been very positive. Since I've received my Hades Canyon, I've been in contact with their support team on multiple occasions and they have always been very prompt and thorough in their responses. NOTE: I haven't had to return my device, so I have no experience with that part of their after-sales service.
