SimplyNUC, Inc.Reviews of simplynuc.com

I needed some compact, but robust PC, to some home uses: home center, and home workstation. NUC answered these requirements. I searched on the web, to compare between several options, and SimplyNUC was the one which offered the ultimate level of customization for my purchase. I started buying some processor, but on last minute (and after having bought the NUC), I made my mind, and wanted to modify my purchase. Most of the companies which involve buying stuff from internet, tell you to do A LOT of paperwork before you can modify something, but with SimplyNUC, everything got solved only by sending a couple of e-mails! I feel very pleased with the level of customization on the customer treatment, and if I ever need new NUCs in the future, I am pretty sure I will pick SimplyNUC as first option, hands down.

Excellent to deal with in most every way. They were very responsive to all of my pre-sale and post-sale technical questions. The only area for improvement is with their internal communications. On 3 different occasions the wrong setup or part was sent to me because the original request was somehow misconstrued or changed by the time the actual customer request was implemented, shipped or acted upon. Once they implement a proper 2-part communication methodology, then they will be 5-star all the way.

SimpyNUC support has been amazing. The equipment is always in top performance. SimplyNUC has gone beyond figuring out our needs for Video Conference Rooms.

Great service, quick delivery, and outstanding products!! It just doesn't get much better than this!!

Staff response and support is second to none!

SimplyNUC responded the next day when following up with my custom quote. I cant say that about some other competitors who I visited for comparison quotes. Their pricing wasn't too bad either. Overall, will be returning to them again in the near future.

is and excellent product well build and easy to manage.

Great service and very reliable!
