All parts and services were properly handled. More or less expedient service. I think I’m missing a NUC9 flashlight :(

The product is first rate and performs as promised. The only negative aspect of my experience was a delay in shipping the item. It arrived about a month or more behind schedule and there was little if any contact in advance to advise about the delay.

The customer service was friendly, although the shipping dept. refused to call me back, after 2 statements that they would do so. Ultimately, the slower shipping time did turn out in my favor, even though I paid for priority overnight shipping, which was ordered friday around 7 pm, the part arrived Wednesday before noon.

Amazing performance from such a small box! Incredibly straight-forward process to build and order a NUC! Setup was 'simple' and everything worked right out of the box. Hard to believe all of that power can fit into such a small form factor! Things to work on...the piano finish on the top shows every finger print, change to a matt finish. The headphone jack on the front makes connecting speakers fussy.

Machine is great! Had one glitch while ordering that was corrected without intervention!

Good user interface on web site. Never got a receipt.

Easy to navigate and get me to checkout!
