This was my first experience with a NUC small footprint computer and also working with SimplyNUC. I could not be happier with the computer, and also the purchase process from SimplyNUC. Great communication through each step of the process and shipment with tracking number. Easy setup instructions and the computer works great and is fast, which is exactly what I wanted. Would absolutely buy another NUC computer from SimplyNUC again!

After using nothing but Mac's for over 15 years I just bought my second NUC, by far the best computers I have ever used. On top of that their customer service department is outstanding! I only had to call tech support once due to something I messed up on my end and they were amazing also. I'm so glad I switched to SimplyNUC. I would recommend SimplyNUC to everyone who wants to have a great experience buying and using a computer.

Simply NUC service was great. Received NUC in timely fashion. Unfortunately Intel SSD would not fit in NUC SSD slot (too tight) and when forced in NUC would not start with no HDMI signal. Could be not compatible with monitor but no warnings about this before buying. Basically turned NUC for recycling. Big loss of money.
