Was planning on using this as my daily driver and (soon to be purchased) CNC. Overall build quality and packaging is great. Performance and sound level has met expectations. One thing that i feel that was lacking was documention (at least that i could find). Hoping this will come with time. Some basic explanation of BIOS configuration options would be nice. For OS, i decided to go with Gentoo Linux. Kernel configuration was pretty straightforward. For those interested, i created a general guidance doc with .config file for getting started (search “gentoo-sequoia-install” on GitHub).

SimplyNUC came through in excellent form, even though the virus has hurt their production ability. Nicole called me to let me know what was going on, and they underpromised and overdelivered! I highly recommend them for all your NUC needs!

I could not be happier with my experience. This is one of the greatest companies in America providing a truly awesome product. I did my own research online but it wasn't until I contacted the company that I was convinced I could not go wrong. These units are somewhat custom made to order so I thought I might have to wait a week or more. Nope! Was on my doorstep in 3 or 4 days. I will be a repeat customer. Desktop replacement was my first use case. Home theater will be next! Thanks very much Simply NUC.

During difficult times of self-quarantine and stay-home orders, I needed to be able to simulate a datacenter at home. SimplyNUC quoted me a beast of a machine and had it to me in three days, despite the concens of delivery delays. The product works great out of the box (my first from another vendor did not) and though I've only had it a few hours, I'm very happy so far.

Excellent purchasing experience. My choice was mostly preconfigured with easy to follow instructions for power add-ons.

Good experience with SimplyNUC! They were prompt in responding to my emailed questions. I ordered a Hades Canyon NUC (model NUC8i7HNK) on a Sunday and they shipped it Monday. The shipping was pricey, but the unit price was lower than bhphoto by $25, so it worked out. I will likely buy from then again when it is time to upgrade.
